hey guys, what do you guys think of Skat Trak Haulers for a 300ex? I'm goin duning next month at Little Sahara and am lookin for paddle tires on my KFX 400 and my wifes 300ex... I'm going with ITP Sand Stars on black ITP C-Series rims for my kfx400...

My wife won't be jumping or riding really aggressively, so I don't think a v-tire is important... the 300 is completely stock, so really weight of the tire and grip is important...

So far I've been thinking of a 7-paddle Skat Trak Hauler in 20x10x10.

Does that sound reasonable? I think RMATV has them for $205 mounted on Douglas 0.160's. I was thinking of getting 8-paddle tires instead so taht I can switch them to my KFX for some riding at local places.

Thanks in advance.

i think haulers are for higher horsepower quads.

any recommendation for other paddles then? I see you have geckos... but on another forum I heard geckos were really heavy tires.

anyone care to share their opinions?

thats for sure its agood tire but i just dont think a stock 300ex would have enough oompf to handle it

Check out the skat trak gliders, there paddles are shorter. Even a glider with 7 paddles will still be enough for a z400 also. When you over paddle It really kills the power.

Aye get Skat-Trak Gliders or Skat-Trak Glider Mohawks if your gonna be riding through a parking lot to get to the dunes (like Little Sahara, OK) so you don't tear up the paddles as fast.

The Haulers will dig too deep and really really rob the HP from the 300ex.
