94 300ex motor(bad head) for sale

I have for sale a 1994 300ex motor for sale. stock bore. the motor is torn apart. as far as i can see, everything major is there. the motor dropped a valve and the valve hit the piston. the jug is good. all gear on the drive shaft and counter shaft look excellent. please PM me.
