Oversized Valves and Cam

How much will oversized valves help (Hp)? Will I be able to notice a difference? Also, what kind of Cam should I get from Web Cam if I want a good all around trail and track 400ex (chart below)? About how much Hp will this increase?

I don't know about the oversize valves, but I would imagine that with some head work & a better carb, it would really open up the motor so it could breathe. Of those cams, probably the 450/451 would be best for all around use. BTW, where are you getting those prices from? I'm looking for a Web Cam & those are the cheapest prices I've seen so far.
