engine leaking oil?

theres oil coming out of the cylinder head, but not very much....and i can hear it ticking....i dont know if the head is cracked and thats why i can hear it or what.....any1 know?

Gotta give us a little more than that. Where on the cylinder head? Head gasket?

The ticking it probably the valvle lash out of adjustment.
