what is the best way to clean a hat?

My mom has this plastic thing thats shapped like a cap that the cap goes in then you put that in the washer.

just throw it in the dishwasher the next time you do the dishes.

since nobody has mentioned it... a dishwasher works great,

they have those plastic hat holders for it

I just take mine in the shower w/me and use one of those scrubber brush things and use shampoo and scrub the heck out of..then when you get out either make a towl into a ball and shove it in the hat the absorbe the water or get most the water out and just wear it..doesnt take that long to dry..this has always worked for me..:D

dont put regular soap in the dishwasher. I made that mistake when I was out of dishwasher soap. I turned it on b4 I went to bed with regular dish soap in it. well when I woke up for a midnight snack. the whole kitchen floor had soap bubbles on it.( about 3+inches deep in some spots.

hey easy, I wasent really paying attention. I just wanted the dishes to be cleen.

it worked great. I sprayed it with some spray and wash stuff and just threw it on there with no other soap and it came out almost like brand new.

well my grandma always used to clean my hats in a bucket w/ a tooth brush and some 409 it worked great...
