After re bleeding the brakes 2 times,i know that i dont have any air inside the lines, but for some reason my front brakes keep fading, maybe is it because i got the calipers PC'd and maybe some of the PC is preventing the washer from making a good seal?

unless youve visibly see fluid on the junction youre referring to, then id be looking at something else..

check the diaphram in the reservior..

clean it off, then hold it up to a bright light to see if theres a pin hole..

you might need to lightly stretch it to see the hole.. easy does it though..lol

When I put my 400ex's lines on I ended up with 1 air bubble that I just couldn't get out at first.

The way I fixed it was in a large field I kept putting it in first and going about 10 feet forward and break as hard as you can, eventually it will force the bubble to one side and drop your break lever to the handlebars. I hope that helps you cause I could haver sworn after 4-5 bleeds mine wasn't just air as well.

if your still running factory brake lines they could be the problem, when your braking the lines are expanding. Steel braided lines will fix that problem. ( it worked for me )

You may have damaged the seals in the calipers when getting them coated.? or you master cylinder could need a rebuild
