Size of shirts ?

Im planing on buying some shirts from rockymountainatv should i get meduim or large, im prob 5,8 or bigger, and weigh about 144

Small if you wear your shirts really tight. Medium if you are gonna have it fit normal. Get a large if you like your t-shirts baggy.

im 5'9 and i wear a large and i think the sleeves fit too tight. The body part is alright. I guess its the gunz.... dont act liek you're not impressed! haha just kidding. But really i think a medium would be like one of those queer nipple shirts
