This 5 month project has been completed
1988 R Frame, 86 Swingarm +4", Complete 400ex front end, ESR 330, ESR TRX6 pipe, Rad Valve, New Honda LR Crank, and much more....
My old Drag 440 ran best of 8.14 at 78 mph in 1/8 and this one will annihilate that one judging by few trips local. Timed runs on Sunday will commence at Noon :D

That thing is nice. I think a drag quad will be my next project after a truck.

what shocks are those... I have some just like them!
are they air or gas?:confused: I really dont even know, they just sit in my cabnet

also, to the original poster, why the beadlocks? i bet if you got rid of some of that unsprung weight, you could lower your times some. not sure what kinda PSI you run in the back tires, so the rear beads may be needed, but the fronts could be swapped out for some .125 Douglas to shave some weight

Looks awesome, do you race agaisnt motorcycles or atvs? I thought about doing this not to long ago :)

Marvin Shaw Drag shocks. They are built with compressed Nitrogen and set from 400-1000 psi depnding on how firm you want them. It's hard to get thm for $150/each so you could make a few $$ by selling them. Measure from eye to eye to get cut length.

thats awesome, I'll have to see if the local drag strip has it, I think you have to have a drivers liesnce though?:(
