416ex done again....well almost

still waiting on a few other cosmetic things like the hipers, the fullbores, ect ect ect. but if any of you recall, i bought this thing cheap to make into an Xc quad, its a 2000 and i got it dirt cheap,, started off on a 416 thermal coated JE 10.8:1 hotcam stage 2 cometic xr400 gaskets, ported head FCR40mm and a whitebros pipe,,, now i did the exact same thing wit the addtion of whitebrothers springs and titanuim retainers along with kibblewhite black diamonds the same hotcam stage 2 and the same JE thermal coated piston along with the WB pipe and FCR40mm and K&N. after some custom fabrication for the carb i came up with an adaptor so i could run a full airbox and snorkel. so far so good.

heh heh,,, yeah tommrow is the day,,, still have to dial in the carb,,, shes a little lean on the pilot.. we'll get her goin. if i cant take him in a line ill take him somewhere else:D

yes, i dropped a valve 40 min into a 416, i was tuning it.. im on the second round and have added a new head a new sleeve and bore new JE of course and whitebrothers springs and titanium retainers and Kibblewhite Valves, so it should be a bit stronger haha...sofar about 2 hours on the new motor, bottom end stil is a bit lean not much but the float and pilot need to be richend. but 2 hours and not one problem i think this one will make it.
