DIY spark arrester.

Wal-Mart sells them and most grociery stores. I picked up a sink strainer($1.97) and a little food strainer($1.67) which were stainless steel. Cut the frame off and bolted it between the can and end cap. Both of them worked so take your pick. Just thought I would share.

It's not to stop a flame, it is to stop a hot, burning particle from coming out of the exhaust, hitting the ground, and causing a fire.
