engine bearings

hey guys this may sound like a dumb question but im gonna ask it any way .i have a 2005 honda 450r but now for some reason after my first oil change as i give more throttle it makes a weird noise as if somthing is loose on the right side.question is how do i k now if my bearings in the engine are bad and what can i do to repair it .or do u think it is just somthing loose
