Hi

Does Hotcam pays for the cam core (original camshaft) and how much? I can't find this info on the web.

Thanks

ok, thanks for hotcam info. How many lenght of bike I will get with a stage 2?

I also see on webcams site that the cost of camshaft is 168$ and they give 150$ for the cam core? the difference is 18$ for a hi-performance camshaft????? I think it's 168$ when you give your original cam. Is it true? Yes, I know for rocker arms 40$/rocker....

thanks

you will probably pay 168 if you give them your cam. the stage 2 hotcam (i think now called the stage 3) will perform really well for drag racing applications especially when you run a higher compression piston. you will need a good full exhaust and a rev box probably

Yea, you pay 168 + 150 unless you give them your stock one, which would be the thing to do, then it is just 168.

and keep in mind web will charge you the $150 for the core and the $168 for the cam up front and once you send them your old cam you will get the $150 back. If you don't want the hassle of the core go with the hot cam
