Dude ***!!?? I gotta get pics of our trails. Those are the smoothest nicest lookin trails I wish I could ride on. All we have round here is jeep trails, huge mud bogs, nothin but rocks. But every now and then we get a fire road....:D

Talked to a guy from Ft.Smith Powersports (Honda Dealer) and he knows the guy who ownes it and he said they are trying to get it opened back up. I really hope it does. I like riding that place.

Hey chigger... what size razrs are those on your warrior??? how did u like them??

They are 20in razrs on the rear, 21s up front- 6ply. I loved them. I ran a 14 t front sprocket with them witch it pulled great. Would have even run a 15t. With the mods I had, it worked great for trails and it was even alright at the track. I did have problems with ground clearance at a few poker runs with deep ruts. Overall, the Razrs worked great for me though, never had a flat the whole time I ran them, and I ran them bald. The fronts steer crisp and the rear get great forward bite and alot of side bite. On a warrior though, the rear end is still easy to pitch out with confidence, and the side bite helps in ruts and certain stunts. :D

its in perry twp.,thats just a small part of the trail,most of the trails run along the railroad tracks,I just found out about it last year but i guess local people have been riding there for a lot of years making tons of trails.Last time i was there we rode almost the whole day and never rode in the same spot.good place to ride and EXTREMLY close to me

A very soggy Oregon day. It was not so bad untill it started to sleet and we got covered in about 1/2 inch of slush. And I thought I was water proof:rolleyes: Rain and snow are cake compared to very wet snow or sleet.

me taking the wife's quad across a section she refused to cross. Trust me it gets way worse than this. On this ride the father of a guy from the local bike shop rolled his quad up on it's nose going down a hill. Grant it the hill was straight down. That is what the throttle is for though. It's funny I was talking about the sucky part of having only rear wheel engine braking earlier that day. When he endowed he was talking about the sucky thing about four wheel engine braking. Still nothing a little throttle wouldn't have fixed.

Ya guys we went out again today. The place is great. only thing is it will soon be a official OHV park. That means they will put a bridge across every creek and close half the trails:( I hope it takes a long time to happen. I will try to get some pic's on from today. Found some more cool trails and an awsome meadow that had streams running everywhere. We are at flood stages right now so it will be different come summer I'm sure.

One of me hitting a hole. I am heading back to this place. It is riddled with old roads and trails cutting off. It was at the end of our ride though so we were running out of time. It looks like it was an old homestead or something because alot of it is cleared (no stumps).

Ya see the trail behind the motorcycle to the right.... Well at it's cutt into the side of a cliff and there is a small creek at the bottom. To be exact there is pretty much no flat area at the bottom before you head up the other side. Just the creek that is about 2 feet wide and has 10 inch straight up sides on it.

Now that you know this I have to tell you about the conversation I had with the guy on the cycle.

him: are you going across over there? Me: ya. Him: be carefull I rolled my quad off the side. Me: really wow. (I decide I will walk it and take a look first) I tell my friend no problem. He say's: well lets see it (like he thinks no way I will make it):rolleyes: so my buddy goes across and walks right up it no effort at all. I ask the guy, What where you on? He says "a banshee":blah:

Don't get me wrong. I have no problems with Banshees, but there's a time and a place for them and this was not one of them (for him at least). I feel confedent I could head up it on my 400ex but then, I can take off at 1500 rpm's.

These trails are off Hwy 30 about an hour and a half from Portland heading tward the beach. It's about 15 minutes past Clatskanie if you know where that is.

So your trails are on the other side of McMinville from me heading twards the beach? I have heard of the Trask Mountain trails. I think I saw them on a TV show.

I would love to get info on them if you want to do an exchange.

Looks like some haul @ss trails RaptorRacer45! I haven't taken out my 400ex's in a quite a while because I can't go down 70% of the trails out here. It is better in the summer when the clay is a little dryer and you can actualy have some success keeping out of the 6 inch deep rutts.

the pic shows one of the quarry hill climb areas, most of the place is ROCKY (reason for everything breaking) trails

I hear that.. We have a pit that we go to that is located right next to where the cops gas up their cars... So usually if they are driving by and see us they will chase us... We have been chillin there seen cops but they just got their gas and left.. Usually they will chase us, so when we take breaks at the top of the hill where we leave

*knock on wood* I have never been fined or arrested or anything.. Had a few close encounters though.. We usually just run, there is no way they are going to catch you unless they are on four wheelers too.

This was a good trail today. Had to pull a blaster about 200 yards to get him out of the way so we could hit the trail. Poor young guy said "I guess I just don't weigh enough" I didn't say anything but his tires where balder than on my 400ex ;) He'd have made it no problem b@lls out but he must have been 10 or 12. The rest of the his parents where never so thrilled as to see three people on 4wd's pull up. I couldn't just leave them there.

Any way. fun trail on a 4x4 you can nail the up hills full throttle crossed up and wheelie your way up.
