Check the DMV for your state. When I lived in 'Bama a long long time ago you could get your motorcycle license at 14.

edit: According to this link (http://www.bmv.ohio.gov/MC_Lic.html) a person can get a motorcyle license at 16 in Ohio but you will need to complete a driver education course and a motorcycle safety education course.

DMV.org (http://www.dmv.org/) shows the rules for all states.

you need to take that safety course first, then you test to get your endorsement. I think thats how it works in ohio. THey may put restrictions on what cc bike you can ride until you are 18. I know there are restrictions for people under 18 just odnt know what they are.
