300ex shifter...

guys i have a problem...my shifter on the 300 is digging into my side case, i tried to move the shifter farther out away from the case but it doesnt work....should i bend it so it wont hit or what???

Yea, my 98 did that. I just took it over to the Vice and made the bends a little sharper so it held it out further away from the case.

Or you could buy a billet aluminum one that wont bend. THe stock shifter is really mild steel so it bends easy. I just rebend mine a couple times a year.

yea just bend it so it doesnt scrape

You might have to heat it, idk how plyable it is
