Theres things those lil units could do that a real truck cant. And for 18 G's... you aint getting a real truck!;) not a monster truck anyway(gerd smiley inserted here)

For 18000 I could get a quad and truck set up for off road. They are a cool idea, and if I had the money just sitting around I still wouldn't buy one, but I would like to drive one sometime.

i hope you are not comparing those go-cart sized monster trucks to full-sized monster trucks:confused:

those "lil units" as you call them cannot do what a quad can, and can't do what even the chittiest licensed truck can:confused:

i saw one at a car show about five years ago so they're nothing new but it did look pretty cool. had the honda engine and everything. i got like a brochure and at the time you could get like a hummer body and chit for it.

Forget the monster truck. If they had a buggy form, like Baja 1000 style, lots of suspension, and a massive turbo kit on that Honda engine cranking some 250hp, with manual transmission, it would make an awesome single-seat duner.
