suspension setup help/

ok, on a 400ex with mainly stage 1 mods, thats not raced by is riden hard in the woods. with stock suspension, what is the best setup. 165 lb rider. also how good is the rear shock on tuning and what is a good set of frt fully adjustable shocks, under 500 bucks a set.

well i checked out the elka shocks, I see that i can get them pretty cheap at work. thanks for the reply.
