I just had a verbal dispute with a member on this board regarding my signature. He thinks I'm serious. Could you 250R owners pelase read it and let me know if you get it even if you don't think it's funny? I know this is a lame thread to start, but I am really in aw at his cluelessness. If it offends any you R owners I'll remove it.

The thing is he has a ATC-350X not even a 250R. And to really top it off because of my signature he wasn't going to buy any of my parts ? Read it yourself. I don't know why I let it bother me I guess it was because of the stupidity of it.

my favorite is i heard some kids arguing that same thing a while back and one of the kids was sayin the 250x must be faster becuz 'X' is cooler letter than 'R' and honda wouldnt hav made the stupid one faster...

It's the same mentality that causes everybody to spout advice about modifications and upgrades that they have no direct experience with.

I bet at least half the people spouting "suspension first, then more power" are still riding on stock shocks.

I bet at least 3/4 of the people spouting "Sparks X-6 is the best exhaust for a 400EX" don't own one.

And at least 2/3 of the people shouting "Get a JE or Ross piston, and a hot cam" have no more mods than a slip-on pipe.

People get a small bit of information, and they want to prove to the world how much smarter and better they are. The funny thing is, in their attempt to "prove" their superior intelligence, they end up looking very stupid.

Thanks for the replies. I didn't think my sig was THAT complicated of a joke. I still don't why it got me so pi**sed. He hasn't replid back so either he was just kidding from the start to get me going (which he did) and then moved on or he realized what it meant and felt stupid and moved on.
