i need a +2 300ex swing arm. Can you help? Also will a stock shock work with a new swing arm.

why do u want one you may need a aftermarket shock with the extra leverage created by the longer swinger

The shock mount on a plus 2 swingarm should still be in the same location as the stock shock mount.I'm running a 01 Raptor shock on my 330ex with a plus 2 swingarm and the shock will also bolt right up to my 04 300ex with the stock swingarm.

crank the pre load all the way stiff and you might be ok with a stock shock.

also, why a plus 2? i raced a 300ex for a few years and I would recomend a plus 1

Ive talked to abunch of people, and shop owners that say not to run an extended swinger with a stock shock. B/c they say that takes more of a pounding and could cause the shock to break. Ive never seen it, but they say they have. And you'll feel a much better ride with the aftermarket shock. What you could do is get a 250R swingarm, axle, hubs, rear shock, pivot bolt, and maybe the caliper, and put it on your EX.
