no HMF power

i just got a HMF pipe and put it on this weekend i thought it was sopose to give me a lot more power and stuff but i thought i loss power well that s how it felt when i was wheelieing in 3rd usually 3rd was fine but it seemed like it didn;t have the power i ride a 250ex if that changes anything well i didn;t jet the carb because well its all in my other thread called jeting problems or something well do i have to rejet to get the power because as of now that pipe wasn;t worth 300

yes rejet and ou will love the pipe. and i wouldnt ride with out rejetting or u run the chance of ruining your engine

You should get improvements at the bottom end. Fatten up the jet a couple sizes over stock. Although a different machine (400EX) there is even a difference in mine between a quiet core and w/out. I'll be comming up your way one day in the near future. I've heard good things from a coworker whom invited me up.

good i put the pipe on and was expecting to be pulin wheelies all over the place but it had less power was woried there for a secone

like how much power are we talkin like as soon as i start riding should i notice the power a good bit or is a thing id have to hook up to a dyno to see

if u jet it right u should see some more bottom and torque... i dont have a 250x so i couldnt really tell ya...

should i get any mid-range thats wat im looking for i think i really like wheelieing so i want the torque that is going to help me do that i dont like doing it form a dead stop as much as get going then pull it up
and i have a 250ex not x if that changes anything srry if i typed somethin wrong or something
