best way to quiet down a WB pipe

I just installed a WhiteBrothers Quiet Core II insert in my Pro-Meg silencer. I ride at Silver Lake dunes and since they are going to check sound levels this year, I figured I'd give the Quiet Core II a try. White Brothers had a previous model of quiet core insert that didn't work very well at all - I bought one and used it for about half an hour before I took it out. The new design is a lot different from the first one and it seems to work better so far.
