I know a lot about rc. and my fav is the revo. it is super durable. I was doing like 7 ft jumps with mine. I bought mine RTR (ready to run) for 430$

oh ya, there is more to it than you may think. it is not as easy as take it out of the box and drive it. You have to break the engine in, use after run oil, cleen air filter often. it really takes a lot to keep one of these things running.

maybe you fellas can diagnose mine then. I have a savage 25 and when i get it started and let it warm up it will move but it is very doggy. It will cut out and die at full throttle anbd just barely moves. Plus i strip out spur gears all the time. You have any pointers guys? Thanks!!

redlined the reason u striipin spurs is prolly cause the motor is to loose on chassis tighthen the screws up and move the engine for until it allines good with the spur....o ur savvy might b dying because it is to lean or rich or the HSN is off or the LSN is off

sounds to me like you lsn is too rich and you hsn is to lean, turn the lsn ( the low speed needle located in the barel of the carb) in 1/8 turn. then turn the hsn ( high speed needle out like 1/4 turn)

OR you have a fowled glow plug. there is lots of usefull info at www.rcuniverse.com !!
