I have a pair of Elka dual rate shocks with piggyback rezzies for a 300ex for sale. They are valved for a 160 pound rider with stock a arms and setup for XC. These were purchased brand new last year in may and only have 6 months on them. New price of $350 shipped.

I believe they will since they have the same frames but you might want to check on that.
