yes you can "legally" ride by yourself.

legal to ride what?? if your talkin about a quad you can ride it legally at any age they have to put that warning on any quad over 90cc. dealers arnt supposed to sell them to kids under 16 but most of them dont care they just want to sell. you dont have to take any classes. its all about legal reasons but it perfectly legal for you to ride alone on your quad in most areas. a few riding spots have age limits but not very many.
