I believe stock claims to be a 42 and this is a 40.

I don't know they do have other carbs that may fit. their tech service is very good I have had them work on a half dozen carbs for me in the past few years. they also have claimed that they can flow more air with a smaller carb then some can with a larger carb. due to less restriction. also remember usually easier to get throttle response from a smaller carb. yamis come with a 39mm stock. and honda's a 42 while most fcr's put on the honda are a 40 or 41. torque

thanks. I understand what you are referring to about the throttle response being better with smaller carb, but with my high throughput i'm interested in going bigger. maybe, I'll call them.
