Just finshed my 03 400EX!!!

I finished a total overhaul of the machine. I picked this up going against everything I ever said about quads. I have ridden and raced CR's for 15 years and never would I think I would have seen a wheeler sitting in the garage. Anyhow I got this from my nephew who got hurt at his job, no insurance and no work means no money. So to keep his credit legit I took it off his hands. It had a smoked top end and very poor upkeep. 2 months later its pretty much finished. Here it is 2 more wheels than I am used to. Thanks for looking.

LOL, I hear flack from them all the time. The one I hear the most is are you riding with or without training wheels today. BTW Pappy can you PM me a quote on doing the front hubs yellow. The guy I had doing my PC only does it if there are x amount of parts.

i love it, are you going to keep the hipers black and yellow? i think it would look even tricker with all yellow rings but it looks fine now

I just ordered new yellow rings for the fronts Thursday.

Looks great!!! The hipers look awesome, and once you get the yellow rings in all of them it will just set it off.

What are those lines that go to the top and bottom of the cylinder?

top is extra line for extra oil cooler to keep the 440 cool and bottom is clutch line

The bottom side is pressure to 2nd cooler, the top line is out of the cooler into head/cam.

I have the same setup.

I know many people think this is a retarded question but I am needing to know. How Do you know that oil is going in the bottom line?? Deatails PLZ?

I don't think that it's a Big Gun exhaust, it looks like an older style LRD. It's even in your mod list as an LRD. By the way very nice bike, the color shceme is excellent!
