250r carbon fiber hood and tank cover wanted

i am looking for a carbon fiber hood, either with no scoop, or the quad tech model with the smaller scoop, either black or blue. also a carbon fiber tank cover the same color as the hood.

thats the one i was wanting, does it fit the factory 250r plastic? i know some of them only fit the fullbore. and does it have a grill for the scoop?? if so i want it, thanks.

I really dont know if it fits factory plastic or not..I bought it for my 400ex and dont have an R, so I really couldnt tell you for sure on that..I dont see why it wouldnt though..As far as having a grill that goes in the scoop, no it doesnt have one, this hood isnt designed to have a grill..what you see in the pics is what is included..Let me know asap..If you have AIM message me at yz400ex..Thanks

i checked out quadtechs site and they are different, im sure it would work but i dont want any gaps or have to make modifications, thanks anyways though.

I dont see why it would be any different. Where did you see this hood on the website?? I cant find it on there..

they dont have that exact model, but if you look at the 250r hood and the 400ex hood you can see they are different.

I know, but this hood is NOT a 400ex hood..It is a 250R hood..I just bought the 250R hood because I liked the way it looked, but when it got here I didnt like the way it looked on the quad..It is for a 250R though..not a 400ex..
