450R key relocation question

I want to put some aftermarket bars on my 450R and was wondering where and how you guys are moving the key and temp light.

My friend did this.

He got rid of the temp light, and drilled a hole in his plastics and put the key in there.

i took my temp light out and my key

just leave the key on and stick it under the hood. and then drill a little hole for the temp light

Trailtech makes a nice setup that has the bar mounts and a cover that will hold the key and the light.. or do as the others have said (less expensive) ;)
