whats the best pipe

I have a 400ex with a 440 kit, doug eichner 38mm carb and a K&N airfilter. I race the bike almost every weekend. My current big gun exhaust pipe is falling apart so i need a new one. It needs to be able to meet the 99 db limit at certain tracks soit could have a quiet insert. Iwas thinking about getting the wb e2 pipe but i heard that the mounts break easy on them. Is this true? Any help would be awesome.

Have you ever noticed that everyone thinks that the pipe they are running is the best. I run a sparks so I guess it is the best
