Lug pattern for a 300ex

Sorry to bother everybody again but I did not make my question very clear on my other post.

Does anybody know the lug pattern for a 300ex. When I ordered the wheels they sent me 4/156 and it does not fit. When we measured ours it came to about 4/144 thats not exact but its close.
