i am changing my stock 400ex into a dune rider and was wondering if there was anyone with some aftermarket suspension for pretty cheap?

With the price increases that Works suspension has had, You are better off buy the elka economy shocks if you are on a budget and have your rear shock converted:) I will send you a PM with pricing:)

my price range is any where from $500 to $1000. (about)

That will get you a nice pair of Elka fronts and a conversion on the rear! :macho

sweet. thanks for the tip. i have PEPs and they are some of the best but that is for my other quad and is Elka good. someone told me that they wear out quicker

Thats not true at all. They've held up better than any of the shocks I've used.
