What swinger are people running that have the GT Thunder shock revalve and linkage? Did you have to modifiy it like the stock plastic one?

Thanks

Had to cut the hell out of my AC-racing one. I'm modifying it more tomorrow and going to cut it way back.

I pretty much don't protect the linkage at this point, as all the skid plate was doing was catching lots of mud and dragging it along.

Thanks...Let me know how the rest of the modification turns out. Anyone else. I am very partial to PRM products. Anyone using one?

I think PRM makes a skid plate especially for an aftermarket link. You might want to contact them www.prm-atv.com

I am running the PRM - you have to cut the entire linkage "box" off and then widen it slightly. Mine was done on an end mill. About the easiest way to do it. It has not held up as well my PRM on 400ex. I believe they have changed the design a bit since I bought mine.

i run AC with the herrmann linkage and Elka shock, i had to cut nothing, it went right on, just like it did with the stock one, AC really did some great work on their new HD Swingarm skid, i am impressed, its been through 5 races and its still holding up great, unlike the one on my 400ex which got trashed after 3
