Looks like a lot of fun. I wish i had land at my house to build something like that. Need to make it a little wider and it would be a real good time. I am only about an hour away from ya, once the 416 motor gets done, we should meet up sometime and ride.

looks like i get unsued at the end of may and i dont think i will be able to get the track completed by then unless you want to spend the night. and yea this summer we should like go to poole and then stay in a hotel and the next day ride at little sturgis.

I am not sure how far i live from huntington so just look up evansville on mapquest

that would be my neighboras and they sued me and my house is in frotn of the track and i had it there first and they moved there after we sold them the property

Well I can see why, it's not even taken care of, theres weeds growing everywhere, it's not well landscaped and it surely doesn't add a lot of value to the property nor' class seeing a few hills of dirt covered in weeds.

Sure doesn't please them to hear the quad going too.

Maybe thats how they do it up in Illinois, but when you buy property, whether someone has spent their whole life time building a track on it or anything for that matter, it's "RIGHTFULLY" the persons who just bought that property, it's all about liability, nobody wants someone to get hurt on their property and then sue them for their last dollar.

Where we ride, we dont own it, and we know that, any day now they are going to be building houses on it, and when they do were not going to start a revolt, were just going to lose a riding spot, no big deal.

Man get the story straight. Honestly though, you have to have a little sympathy for those people. That house looks mad nice, what are people going to think when they have that mud pile in front of their house, it's just not being a good neighbor.

oh ya, and moving in to a house that you knew had a track by it and seuing the guy that owns is being a good neighbor? if they didnt like the track being there then they shouldnt have moved in

Last couple of post reminds me of something that happened around here...

a guy had a car shop close to hear and he used to keep old cars in his parking lot to use for parts. Well, the new people who moved to the area KNEW he did that (he's probably been working like that for the past 25 years) and they complained to the township about it. They knew he did it before they moved, so technically they shouldn't have any say in it what-so-ever. The guy didn;t bother to fight...he just closed down...Now that is bull****...but its the same deal that your new neighbors are trying to make.

i cant have friends over to ride or anything because they said i was zoned agricultural and made a claim that because i had jumps that makes it a race track

haha just kidding man. I would build up some of those jumps if i were you which it sounds like you are going to do. Its hard to make a track with a lack of resources isnt it? I know dirt is a ***** to find without coasting an arm and a leg. Good luck an i cant wait to see it finished
