who here rides mountain bikes???? and what bike do you recommend that i buy!!!!! i need a new one my rocky mountain was stolen!!!!

I have a K2 Atack 2.0, I bought it about 5 years ago, and at the time it was like a 8 or 900 dollar bike, it had suspension on the front and back. It is really nice, I always like the stuff K2 makes. I took it downhill mountain biking a while ago at Whiteface Mtn, I went straight down a hill couldn't stop hit a ditch and did like a front flip and I landed all entangled in the bike. Ahhh good times haha. But yea I recomend a K2 or a specialized.

i looked at the specialized today it was the stumpjumper 120 expert edition and they wanted 2327.40 out the door....but i was also looking at the mountain cycle fury frame also so i dont know what to do

WOW Just pics the one that feels the most comfortable to you, when the bikes get to be that much money, the feel is pritty much the only thing differnt, I think, I don't know what features those 2 models have. Thats JMO.

ya their pricey but they have xtr and x-9 components race face cranks all the good stuff

Have you actualy compared the walmat ones, and the name brand ones that are 700 plus dollars. They are so much lighter, have stronger parts,better brakes, etc.

My dad has a Cannondale that he bought 5-6 years ago. It was pretty expensive, but it's a really nice, lightweight mountain bike.

JW, does Cannondale even make bicycles anymore, or did they go under all together?
