I just found out today that my airbox has only one tab left on the right hand side and the on that is bolted on to the frame is also gone. Is there away i should glue it or get a new aftermarket airbox......
Give me some companies that make airboxs that will hold up to the abuse of mx riding................. i saw lsr has one for 250r for 360$ i think i might have the wrong list, but that is alot of money for a airbox............................................ ..
thanks a lot

i think they are around 20$ to 40$ for a stock one... pingry makes nice airboxs also for around 200 i think...

a new stock one is $24.95 through honda of troy. Aftermarket ones are a little more expensive. Give For Dirt Only a call at 740-967-1078 the sell and aluminum one for about $130.00 that's the least expensive aftermarket i have heard of. And it is a good box with room for your battery inside.

Does their Box come with a Lid? CFM Performance, Pingry`s, CT, and more. Plus there is Guys on here that make them.

how many people here would be interested in a durable, very durable CLEAR air box? i'd like to get an estimate on how many people would like one because i have a friend that has a prototype made and it fits awsome. i think in a week or two he'll be able to mass produce them, they also look very trick ;)

Can he make Lids for them? I think a lot of Guys want a AirBox, but don`t want to run without a Lid.

if you are refering to the FDO box it does not have a lid as of now. They are working on a louverd lid for it that should be done in the near furture. For Dirt Only also has oversize oil tanks and soon t have air scoops.

Wired,

Would the battery fit in this air box your friend is making? Any pics or prices?

If you are looking for a Pingry's, I will sell them for less than retail.

Crowdog,

The Pingry is more then what I would like to spend. I want something that my battery will fit in, but still has a lid.

Thanks anyway.

I don't know of any aftermarket airbox that has a lid. And you're right, they aren't cheap......
