WTB Honda 400EX $3000 or lower!

I am looking for a 400cc four stroke quad, for $3000 or less. Sport quads only, no utility. I don't care if its stock or not, and would be willing to drive just about anywhere in/around Illinois if the price is right. let me get back with you on that. i have a built 426ex. i want to get $3500 but if i take a few of the parts out i may be able to get near $3000. i see we both live in illinois too. i have one individual looking at it so i will have to take care of him first.

Where in Illinois are you guys? Alright, I have worked some stuff out and by the end of next week I will be able to drop $2500 on a 400ex. Anyone willing to let their baby go for that?
