yeah i had read back over most of the threads i just wondered more about the end results after most people had done the mods, since they arent very likely to go searching for old post to put an update on how things are going i figured a new post would be the ideal.

The fronts fit with a little grinding on the top shock mounts ( when u try to mount them u will see where to grind ). The back fits with no modifcation. BUT neither will work right , the front shocks are to long and you will have zero travel unless you put some extended a-arms on. And the same with the rear because the swingarm and linkage setup angle is a little different on the 400 from the 450.
