Those of you that have fcr carb on your 400ex, what brand of thumb throttle cable do you use with it? Part number would be good also.

I had Mark Baldwin make one up a couple of years ago for the FCR and it fits like it is stock.

I'm gettin a stock yfz carb,Is there anything I need to do to make it it,buy anything or remove/cut off anything?Also will the stock yfz carb work on my 400ex and please be totally sure.

all FCR carbs are shorter than the stocker, they either need an adaptor made or need to have the airbox moved forward an inch or so, i chose to move my airbox up and sofar so good. just gotta get a permanant mount on it because i dont like th idea of 3 zipties holdin my airbox on.
