Suspension help! anyone?

I have a 2001 400 ex and i would like some input on the front suspension uprgade..... i trail ride a lot but i also MX, i love to hit the jumps but i dont like the hard spring landing, just wondering if anybody has some input on what type of suspension i should look for??? Also, A arms???? how wide???

Any of the aftermarket shocks can be setup however you want them too. Get the best that your budget will allow. The width of your a-arms will depend on how tight the trails are that you ride on.
