Putting in a clutch

I just bought a new barnett dirt digger clutch for my 416. I was wondering if I should soak it in oil for a while before I put it in?Also should I take my time riding to break it in or anything?

I soak mine in oil before installing them. Not much break in time is required on a clutch, so just ride as normal...

i soaked mine in oil for about a half a hour before i put my motor back toghter,i would just say not really,RIP on them,lol

I soaked my fibers in oil overnight and took my steel plates and rubbed them all over the garage floor to scuff them up a bit, then cleaned them off very good.
