Quad width

What is the difference in width between GNC MX and GNCC quads. Also does anyone know how many cc's the pros are running . I think I read as high as 500 plus in the rules. Thanks for info.

well alot of GNCC'r's run like + .5 or +1's and mx is more like +2 or 3...really depends on your money situation...and the cc..they very...im sure some are 450..and some are 500...atleast matt smileys is 500..lol
