There is a place about 15-20 min. past where people ride in Sanford maine that has some awesome trails and a sand pit with some good hilclimbs if you got the balls. If you guys want to get together on a Sunday we can set a time and place to meet.

you know i'll be there and i got the balls and i'll letem hang out the key to riding in this area is respect for the peoples land and were we park the store has provided parking but no spinning tires and 5mph in the parking lot and theres some posted speed limits on the private land but when you get to the pit let it all hang out either you follow the rules or stay home we can't afford to lose anothor riding spot no wheelies up and down the road and theres always people walking or riding horses on the trails since the are multi-use a couple weeks ago i was out there riding and a couple out of staters (mass) didn't follow the rules and i met up with deputy dog who stopped me but he was cool butwas looking for them who had desrespected some land owners i think you know what i'm getting at theres plenty of play room in the pit for dragging and hill climbs we can't afford to lose anther DAYTON don't forget sand drags this weekend 6/26 at ossippee valley fair grounds www.neorvca.com

We have all of next week off and will be riding every day. We plan on trailering to the Sunrise Trail system and staying there overnight during the week.

The Sunrise Trail system is HUGE. It runs east of Bangor up to Machais and around. Its over 500 miles big.I think it covers two counties. There's also a lot of trails all around Moosehead Lake not connected to the Sunrise system.

Thats a little to far up Maine for me. I don't want to drive 5Hrs. to go riding. There are still plenty of goor trails in Southern maine, you just need to know where to find them.

take 202 to 109 in sanford heading toward wells down by the airport that will get you in the general area you'll probably see some mass holes riding up and down the road anyway

since they shut down dayton, sanford sucks and there is crap riding. all trails and no pits. the pits where you park across from the airplane suck total ***. and the other one has been filled into a large pone.
