elka shocks

i have a full set of zps shocks for my R. ther not long travel and i was wondering if i put the front shocks on will i be fine with a stock rear for a bit until i get enough cash to by a rear one? can i just adjust the pre-load on the rear to low? would that be a better set up than stock or would it ride funny?

sorry i meant for my 250 and i want to put them on my 450

the 250r shocks will not work good at all on a 450r.

Why dont you just sell them to someone?? with a 250r really reasonably and then buy some that fit a 450r

Or better yet, after you sell them (very reasonably to someone with a 250r) have them reworked by GT Thunder,Elka,C&D,Derese, then just roll in the extra cash
