I just got finished with my 300ex rebuild and got it bored and higher compression piston and while I was taking it apart I went to take off the cam chain tensioner and it was real tuff and then it started to lossen and then SNAP:eek: the head broke off of the bolt well after I got it back from being bored I had to get the rest of that bolt out. It took us an hour to get it out but we finnaly did so when I got it all back together I guess the threads where stripped and now the bolt wont tighten all the way so I put some gasket sealent on it to prevent any oil from leakin but when I took it out it would be fine untill you really got on it and that is when the oil would come out from the tensioner and I was just wondering what would be the best way to fix this I really need help:confused:

You could always drill it out and re-thread it one size bigger.

Get a heli-coil kit and do it right. you can get them at most auto parts or hardware stores.
