z400 pilot screw trouble

i drilled out the screw cover and tried to turn it but it was barely moving and i think i went a lil too far but there is still a slot. the screw driver kept slipping too and its stripping the top of the screw. any1 have this problem, any suggestions besides pushin hard. i really dont want to strip the screw

can you get vise grips around it ? maybe use a dremel to make the slots for the screw driver bigger
