Well back in february I was selling some motorcycle parts on eBay, they didnt sell but I had a guy that wanted them... He bought two parts from me, one was a zx7 side fairing, one was a zx7 front clip. He only paid for shipping on the zx7 side fairing claiming that it would be enough to send both parts. Well Im in UPS all the time and I know for darn sure it wasnt. So I send the side fairing and not the front clip. I told him I wouldnt send the front clip until I received the complete amount.
After about a dozen emails of him threatening me to sue and have my paypal account seized, I finally tell him if he pays 1/4 of the shipping ($15) I will send it, keep in mind that the part is worth about 120 bucks. Well he declined and decides to file a complaint to paypal. Well to sum it up, this is what it said
"We are contacting you to let you know that we will not be continuing this investigation because this complaint was filed 45 or more days after the original transaction date."
Im gonna go ahead and relist the part this weekend
