Here she finally done except for the jetting working on that on friday. Wanted to get a few pics before it was muddy. I had a few snags along the way but she is done.

Here is the run down on it.

440 stroker engine with HRC cam ported and polished head. Heavy Cam Chain Full hinson clutch (inner outer and pressure), Scotts stainless filter, K&N Filter. Works shocks w/rezzies, revalved stock rear, 1.25" longer swingarm, hypers with HD Holeshots, Clark tank, Protatper Bars Moose handguard, lonstar stem and clamp, trailtech speedo, PRM skids and bumpers, speed racing dampner, Braided brake lines, moose block off plate, Alluminum scoops, Oversized oil tank.

I think that is it! But here is the important stuff the pictures!!

The swingarm was a big improvement over stock for hills and with the shock revalved I could pound through whoops and stuff better than ever. It is harder to lift the front with all the bumpers tires and skids.

The arms are stock I see no reason to replace them unless I go 1+ long travel or something like that.

I live near st louis. About 4 hours away form Plainfield, IL.

Yeah I finally got it together had a few problems and I also decided to buy a cam after I heard they were not making the hrc no more. So I finnaly got it done. Did you race and 450 yet (Drag race)? Also are you running stock gearing? I was wondering if the stock gears are good. I bet you are having problems holding that front end down. The longer swingarm will be a great help I am sure. I love mine.

Hey Crazyatvn....................

I have a clarke tank also but have not yet mounted it due to stem interferance.
I ordered a +1 length stem but it still hit the tank befor steering lock.
What stem are you using?

Yeah I ride at flat river not many other places to ride around here. Where else do you ride?

Not sure the length throw me a measurement of your stem I will measure mine and see the differance. I bought it used from a buddy I think it is a 2+ not sure.

Are those homade nerf bars? They look really cool. What made you want to run them? That quad is my dream quad. I love the Duncan grafixs and the exhaust. Lets see some action pics.

Yeah homemade nerf bars. I run them because I don't want nets and I use the pretty hard to get through the trees so alluminum does not hold up. Also I can make the cheap. They are copies from the James Luck nerf they use to sell. They were great but they don't make them anymore. So I did. That style is ran alot in the MHCS around here a local guy makes the just like that too.

Rode it yesterday wow it is an improvement. I pulled way harder and pulls hard all the way to the rev limiter. Alot better that stock But it is alot of money. Money that could be used to buy a 450R or YFZ. But all in all I love the power. We will have to see about the reliablity of this motor.

Oh yeah and the black motor is a pain to clean and get to look good again. I should have painted it Dirt Brown!!! :D
