Plenty of stock Raptors have been tested by the magazines and hit in the low 70s. It's no joke.

Yes it will, as long as you werent hitting the rev limiter before you'll be making more power longer.

For a bike like the raptor, where its just about impossible to hit the rev limiter on an internally stock machine you can gain top end speed. Banshees will as well.

A stock raptor should break 70 barring any major wind resistance.
