DG Bumper pic

Went out to Depford today and picked up this bumper. What do you guys think. I like it.

And then i went ridin, came home and washed it, and noticed i cracked a weld on my nerf bars :ermm:

Does anyone know if i will have to take the nerf bar off to weld that? I really dont want to but i will if i have to. they were such a pain in the *** to get on.

bumper looks good! don't know troo much about welding though

I doubt you would have to take the nerf off to have it rewelded. It doesnt look like its in a hard spot to reach.

i thought maybe cause it was aluminum and it needs to be arc welded and we all know thats REAL HOT!

Bad welding caused that...too much heat. I would have it heli-arc so the other weld next to it doesn't flex and break. Have you welder put the bead on the bottom...underneath so you can't see it.

Thats a good idea man. I'm going to have him reinforce all the welds on the heel gaurds.

looks good mike, its starting to come together nice. i just finished my build a few days ago, we should all get together and go ridin.

hahaha, my name is dave man! lol. thats funny chit. :p I may go out on sunday, i dont think i can make it to budds this year. i will surely miss it though.
