i just bought some ipt rims for my 300ex and they are a ***** to get off. we had to beat the **** out of the tires with a hammer. sould i redrill the rims or what thanks

Yep, you will want to re-drill them. The same thing happened with my ITP rims. I used a 7/16 inch drill bit to drill mine out. They come off easy now. :)

Its because you put the lug nuts on backwards,,,, with aftermarket wheels you need to put the tapered side of the nut out adn the flat side up against the wheel.

I had put my lug nuts on backwards, and my wheels still got stuck. :rolleyes:

All Douglas wheels are like that. They are just suppose to fit tight. Don't drill them, lol... Just kick them off nexttime. After a few times they won't be as tight. Trust me they are suppose to be that way...lol. I think everyones surprised when they first run into that.

mine are douglas rimz and they slide right off and on... they were never tight...

Use washers with the nuts after you turn them around.
